Micelle Wie, 12, faces Amanda Wilson, 14, in Quarterfinal Match of U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links Championship

Sunriver, Ore. -- Two players not yet 15 years old square off in this afternoon's quarterfinal round of a national women's golf championship -- the 26th U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links Championship at the 6,189-yard, par 71 Meadows Course of the Sunriver Resort.

Michelle Wie, 12, of Honolulu, Hawaii, faces Amanda Wilson, 14, of Hilo, Hawaii, to determine who will advance to tomorrow's semifinal round.

Wie defeated Kelly Schaub, of Greeley, Colo., 5 and 4, in the morning's third-round encounter. Wilson defeated Jeanne Cho, of France, 1 up.
